This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the WEDISPATCH DRIVER mobile application, software managed by FCargoTech, which takes effect as of May 1, 2024.
The WEDISPATCH Driver mobile application obtains the information you provide when you download the application and register following the steps indicated on the screen. Registration will be necessary to access services or certain content within WEDISPATCH. To complete your registration, creation, and activation of your user, you must provide certain personal, heavy-duty, and business-related data and documents, which will only be used for the purpose for which they were collected, as described on our Website, Social Media, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use. The general reason why we need your Data In order for you to get the most out of WEDISPATCH DRIVER and for which this digital tool was designed, it will be important for you to enter all the necessary information so that we can represent you efficiently and with knowledge when dealing with brokers in the search for available loads for you. The use of this application implies your acceptance, without reservation, of each and every one of the provisions included in this document. If you do not accept these provisions, you will not be able to use the WEDISPATCH DRIVER application. As a general principle, these applications only share information with players in the heavy-duty cargo industry in the USA. It will be used exclusively in the load-taking processes on behalf of the user's WeDispatch Driver company in the following cases:
Applying the normal flow of negotiation and load-taking processes in the industry.
Information that is entirely managed by FCargo Group LLC in its role (WEDISPATCH ADMIN), meaning the user (WEDISPATCH AGENT and BROKER COMPANY) has restricted information that they cannot access in order to centralize information and achieve better data management. In our processes, there is confirmation of the legal existence of each registration request, prior to user activation: Drivers/Carrier Company Dispatch Agent
This application does collect the location of your mobile device both with and without a load in progress but limited, with the driver physically able to choose not to share location from the ONDUTTY (ON-OFF) function, taking into account that each time they have an active load, the driver is asked to share their location until the delivery is completed in order to provide visualization service to the parties involved.
In this case, we call third parties the Broker Agent of each load since they are not users of WEDISPATCH SOFTWARE but they do benefit from some functions that are shared with them, such as location, update program, and comments, as long as the load is active and the driver decides not to cancel the option to share their location. Once the driver notifies that they have delivered the load, the broker will no longer have access to this function automatically. From the broker's perspective, the broker can download images shared by the driver from their WE DISPATCH DRIVER mobile application. If during the delivery process of a load the driver decides to deactivate their location, the load will still remain active with its other functions.
The WEDISPATCH DRIVER user has the right to uninstall their application or not share/block their location if they wish for their own reasons. The WEDISPATCH DRIVER user also has access to reports of their completed loads and payment records made to WEDISPATCH. The WEDISPATCH DRIVER user may request information or a report of loads carried out in PDF format after 120 days from WEDISPATCH ADMIN via email.
The WEDISPATCH DRIVER user agrees to make the payment for the dispatch service upon delivery of the active load. To generate the invoice, the WEDISPATCH DRIVER user must attach a photo of the signed BOL in the application at the time of load delivery. Payment will be managed by WEDISPATCH SOFTWARE. Payment details will be provided at the time of load assignment. The percentage of payment for dispatch services upon delivery of each load by the WEDISPATH DRIVER user will be detailed on each invoice. The WEDISPATCH DRIVER user will manage their dispatch service payments through the WEDISPATCH DRIVER mobile application.
