This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the WEDISPATCH DESKTOP application software managed by FCargo Group LLC, effective as of May 1, 2024.

Registration in WEDISPATCH DESKTOP Application:

WEDISPATCH desktop application collects the information you provide when downloading the application and registering following the steps indicated on the screen. Registration will be necessary to access services or certain content within the WEDISPATCH SOFTWARE. To complete your registration, creation, and activation of your user, you must provide certain personal and business data and documents that will only be used for the purpose for which they were collected as described on our Website, Social Networks, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.

As a general principle, these applications only share information with players in the heavy cargo industry in the USA. It will be used exclusively in the cargo selection processes on behalf of the user company WEDISPATCH DRIVER in the following cases:

Negotiation of loads
Freight dispatch services payment process

Protection of Personal and Business Data:

Information that is entirely managed by FCargo Group LLC in its function (WEDISPATCH ADMIN), meaning the user (WEDISPATCH DRIVER and BROKER COMPANY) have restricted information that they cannot access in order to centralize information and thus achieve better data management. In our processes, there is confirmation of the legal existence of each registration request before the user is activated:

Drivers/Carrier Company
Dispatch Agent

Confirmation of the legal existence of the broker company before registering them in our database, when required by a competent authority.

When, in the judgment of this application, it is necessary to enforce the terms of use and other terms of the application, or to safeguard the integrity of other users or the application.

You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information online in a PUBLIC area, that information may be collected and used by others. We do not control the actions of our visitors and users.

We may also use the information you have provided us to communicate with you from time to time to offer you important information, new features, news, and marketing promotions.

Third parties may view and/or have access to the information obtained by the application:

In this case, we call third parties the Broker Agent of each load since it is not a user of WEDISPATCH SOFTWARE, but a beneficiary of some functions that are shared with them, such as name, phone, email, and comments from the user of the WEDISPATCH desktop application as long as the load is active.

Rights:

The WEDISPATCH desktop application user has the right to uninstall their application if they wish for their own reasons.

The WEDISPATCH desktop application user also has access to reports of their completed loads, pending payment records, and received payment records.

The WEDISPATCH desktop application user can request information or load reports in PDF format after 120 days from WEDISPATCH ADMIN via email.

Payment for dispatch service:

The WEDISPATCH desktop application user is aware that they will receive payment for their services once the carrier has paid the total dispatch service for each load.

Payment will be managed by WEDISPATCH SOFTWARE. Payment details will be provided at the time of load assignment. The percentage of payment for dispatch services upon delivery of each load will be detailed in each invoice.

The user of the WEDISPATCH desktop application will receive dispatch service payments through their stripe account.

Your Consent:

By using the application, you agree to our processing of your data and generating payments on the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Only those who have legal capacity to contract and accept this Agreement can access the application. If you are a minor or do not have this capacity, the use of the Application is prohibited.

Security:

We understand the importance of the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.

We reserve the right to modify, totally or partially, this Privacy Policy. It is advisable to consult this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes, as continued use will be considered as approval of all changes.
